Heidi the… Fashion Designer

A graduate of The Savannah College of Art and Design, Heidi burst onto the scene as a contestant on the second season of Project Runway and later starred in her own reality show Bride By Design on TLC. In 2006, Heidi launched her namesake designer wedding dress label, which has sold in 30+ stores nationally and internationally, including all Nordstrom wedding suites, and Bergdorf Goodman in the heart of New York City. After 19 years in the bridal industry, Heidi decided to close her doors and pursue her passion project—founding a company called "Pep Gally" -launching Summer 2025.

Each bridal collection within the Heidi Elnora brand channeled the many facets of Heidi’s personality. From the free-spirited bohemian bride to those wanting a look straight off the runway, Heidi’s flagship store, the heidi elnora Atelier, took a hands-on approach when working with each client to create one-of-a-kind wedding dresses.

Founded in 2006, the Heidi Elnora Atelier was an upscale bridal boutique located on historic Morris Avenue in the heart of Birmingham, Alabama. For 19 years, Heidi and her team have provided an unmatched wedding dress experience for brides all over the globe. At the heidi elnora Atelier, their clients would find the complete Heidi Elnora collection including: wedding dresses, occasion dresses, and mother-of-the-bride dresses. With an assortment of one-of-a-kind fabrics and specialty design details, the heidi elnora Atelier had unlimited possibilities.

As she celebrated her 15th year of business in 2021, Heidi Elnora was recognized by the Council of Fashion Designers of America.

Following her CFDA debut, Heidi was invited to show her wedding dresses at Bergdorf Goodman, located on 5th Avenue in New York City. Heidi unveiled her 15th Anniversary Collection at Bergdorf Goodman during her two-day trunk show in October 2021.

Heidi’s wedding gowns continued selling at Bergdorf Goodman until Heidi retired from the bridal industry in 2024.
